Thing vs. Thing

In
this recreation of Marvel-Two-In-One #100's splash page, originally
inked by Chic Stone, I pumped up the inks to simulate Joe Sinnott
as best I could. Joe had inked M2in1# 50, the prequel to this issue.
It's great to break out a brush and go meaty on these old-school style
images.

on the costume webbing, and brush on the contours. Web shot was rapidograph.
The negative space was tightly rendered, even under the armpit with
the webbing (a look I've always liked). Frenz has the ability to tap
into Silver Age goodness with amazing results.
